      🚚 Delivery Timelines: Standard orders are processed within 24–48 hours and typically delivered within 4–7 business days across India. Pre-order items ship as per the estimated date listed on the product page.
    

1. Order Processing & Shipping

All orders placed on carambalife.com are processed from our fulfillment center. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email/SMS containing your courier tracking details and AWB number.

2. Delivery Charges

Shipping fees (if applicable) are calculated and displayed at checkout. From time to time, we offer promotional free shipping offers as advertised on our site.

3. 7-Day Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your Caramba gear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all product tags and packaging intact.
Proof of purchase (order number or email confirmation) must be provided.
Customized, final-sale, or clearance items are not eligible for return unless received damaged.

4. Damaged or Defective Deliveries

If your package arrives visibly damaged, or if you received an incorrect item, please notify our team within 48 hours of delivery at hello@carambalife.com with clear photos or an unboxing video of the package and item. We will prioritize a free replacement or prompt refund.

5. Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will initiate your refund. Refunds are credited back to your original payment method (Razorpay / PhonePe) or bank account within 5–7 business days.
